This series models are suitable for bleaching and dyeing cotton, polyester, acrylic, nylon, wool, hemp and other yarns.
This series of models are innovative design, energy-saving and efficient. The uniquely designed heat exchanger under the condition of the same heating area can realize the best effect of heating and cooling.
The main pump and heat exchanger are compact and without heat loss, which can improve the efficiency of dyeing liquid flow.
Compared with conventional dyeing machines, the overall piping arrangement is simple and can effectively save space.
Precise flow control enables dyeing of fine to coarse yarns with high quality.
Frequency conversion control of the main pump motor provides infinite flow control, i.e., saves start-up and reduces energy consumption in operation.
Ultra-low energy consumption design (Patent No.: ZL201620462419.3), low bath ratio dyeing (1:4), saving dyestuffs, chemical auxiliaries, steam, water, and less sewage.
Smooth and uniform liquid flow and high exchange rate of dyeing liquor accelerate the main process, so that the cycle of dyeing liquor circulation is greatly shortened and the efficiency is improved.

Automatic control of water inlet, heating, heat preservation, cooling and drainage system.

Technical Parameters
The standard size of the cylinder yarn is ϕ165×H165, and the capacity of each yarn is calculated by 1kg.
Maximum working pressure: 0.45Mpa.
Maximum working temperature: 140℃.
Heating rate: 20℃-130℃ for about 30 minutes (saturated steam pressure is about 0.7Mpa).
Cooling rate: 130℃-80℃ about 20 minutes (cooling water pressure is about 0.3Mpa).
