High-temperature jet is dyeing machine is suitable for bleaching, refining, dyeing, washing and post-treatment of stranded polyester yarn, embroidery thread, silk, nylon and other stranded yarns or tapes.
This machine adopts specially designed low energy consumption, low head, large flow rate axial pump. The high temperature does not affect its characteristics.
The new weir flow type jet pipe, dyeing pipe and yarn turning and shifting pipe become one, there is absolutely no biting yarn winding or knotting phenomenon of the dyed material, it is easy to rewind the tube after dyeing, and the loss rate is low.
The specially designed water regulator can adjust the water volume arbitrarily depending on the yarn volume, yarn count and type.
The machine is optimized in structure, small bath ratio, saving raw material and reducing cost.
Ultra-low energy consumption design (Patent No.: ZL201510276761.4; ZL201520349197.X) low bath ratio dyeing (1:5-8) that is, save dyestuff and steam. Use of high performance motor motor, low speed, low noise, low power consumption, to achieve the highest economic efficiency.
