Characteristics
The main and auxiliary transmission chains adopt frequency conversion speed control to meet the drying requirements of different yarns.
Each drying box is independent temperature control, temperature deviation is small.
Each oven is equipped with an independent dehumidifier to save energy.
The hanging rods are all made of stainless steel, sturdy and durable.
The whole machine is fitted with heat insulation layer, strong main fan and high efficiency radiator can make the hot air penetrate and circulate.
Cold air box is installed at the tail exit of the machine, which can make the yarn moisture back and freezing function.
A large fan is installed at the entrance of the machine head to loosen the stranded yarn after dewatering and reduce the hot air out of the machine for a better operating environment.
Each drying oven is individually designed, which is safe and time-saving, and can be increased at will to meet the production capacity in the future.
The first movable open gate type heat preservation door is convenient for inspection and maintenance.
