Technical Parameters
Maximum working temperature: 100℃
Heating rate: 20 ℃ -100 ℃ about 30 minutes (saturated steam pressure of about 0.5Mpa)
Cooling rate: 100 ℃ -80 ℃ about 15 minutes (cooling water pressure of about 0.3Mpa)
Product characteristics
1. It is suitable for dyeing twisted yarns of various materials, such as wool, artificial wool, artificial cotton, hemp, cotton and its blended yarns.
2. It can complete several dyeing and finishing processes such as bulking, refining, bleaching, dyeing and softening in one loading.
3. The box in contact with the dyeing liquid is made of highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
4. The yarn hanging rod is made of seamless precision cold-drawn tube, which makes the rod body hard and the surface finish reaches 60 microns.
5. Indirect heating pipes are installed at the top and bottom of the dyeing machine to ensure uniform temperature distribution of dyestuff, and direct heating pipes are provided at the bottom to match various dyeing requirements.
6. The circulating pump leaves are well-designed and equipped with four-stage variable speed to adapt to different types of twisted yarns.
7. Adopting time automatic controller, the rotation direction of the impeller is automatically transformed, so that the dyeing liquid circulates left, right, up and down.
8. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a deflector plate to eliminate the eddy current and circulate the dyeing liquor evenly in the dyeing tank, and effectively prevent the twisted yarns from being entangled in the process.
9. The sampler is deeply inserted into the roving in the tank, so that the effect of small samples is exactly the same as the color of roving in the vat, and samples can be taken to check the chromaticity of roving during the dyeing process without stopping the machine.
10. The feeding barrel has stirring, heating, feeding, circulating and cleaning devices, which is convenient for adjusting the dyeing liquid.
11. Bath ratio: 1:15-25.
